Official Rules

Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of City Glow Yoga, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Both the lead participant and their entry partner must be able to attend the finale event on 8/19 to receive the prize.

How to Enter:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• Participants must complete the digital entry form by providing their name, email, phone number, city/location, and the name and contact information of their entry partner.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.

• Entries can be submitted via QR codes at City Glow Yoga events, links provided in welcome and thank you emails, social media promotions, and at www.cityglowyoga.com/season-giveaway.

Entry Period:

• The entry period begins on 7/22 and ends on 8/11 at 11:59 PM.

Winner Selection:

• One lead participant and their entry partner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

• The drawing will take place on 8/12.

• The winners will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the drawing.

Prize:

• The prize consists of a year’s supply of Reign Storm energy drinks for both the lead participant and their entry partner. This is approximately equivalent to, and may not exceed, 24 cases per recipient.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

• City Glow Yoga reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim:

• The winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided in the entry form.

• The winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize and their attendance at the finale event within 48 hours of notification.

• If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

• The prize will be presented at the City Glow Yoga finale event on 8/19. Winners must attend the event to receive their prize.

Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• The winners agree to participate in promotional activities and events related to the giveaway, including but not limited to interviews and photo sessions.

Privacy:

• Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.

General Conditions:

• City Glow Yoga reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

• City Glow Yoga is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent entries from being received.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless City Glow Yoga, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes:

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway will be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any legal actions or claims arising out of or related to the giveaway must be brought in the courts located in Michigan.
