GLOW WITH THE CITY.
City Glow Yoga™ is an award-winning, must-try, silent disco yoga program based in Downtown Detroit that gives Detroit locals & visitors the opportunity to experience the city and themselves in a refreshing new light.
Every summer participants gather from all over the Metro Detroit region & beyond to enjoy a series of revitalizing silent disco yoga sessions led by some of Detroit's most talented yoga instructors and DJs.
Each participant receives a pair of glowing wireless headphones provided by CTYHOP™ Silent Disco allowing them to enjoy energetic tunes while following along to a guided, beginner-friendly yoga flow.
A true community event, every year, dozens of local Detroit businesses donate prizes, discounts, and other generous giveaways, including shopping sprees, free swag, and more!
All session are open to the public and welcoming for everyone, regardless of skill level or background.

Yes, please come to the event. We'll add you to the waitlist and accommodate if space is available.

Any CGY sessions that take place outdoors are weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the session will be canceled and rescheduled for the next available date. Your spot is still secure and your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new session. If you can't make it, we'll refund your ticket. Registered participants will be notified at least two hours prior to the event via email. Cancellation notifications will also be posted via Instagram. Follow us @cityglowyoga for status updates.
